Nicholas Driver graduated from the University of Melbourne Law School in 2014. Prior to this Nicholas completed a Bachelor of Environments with a major in Environmental Policy, also at the University of Melbourne. Nicholas commenced his legal traineeship with Zervos Lawyers was admitted to practice in June 2016. Nicholas’ previous experience, in particular his role as a Legal Research Clerk to a number of senior barristers including Martin Scott QC and Sturt Glacken QC provided him with exposure to a broad range of legal matters including commercial, native title, intellectual property and sports law matters in both State and Federal jurisdictions. At Zervos Lawyers, Nicholas sits within the Commercial Litigation and Disputes team specialising in contract disputes and debt recovery. Nicholas also has experience advising clients in a number of areas and is well equipped to assist clients in:

Building, construction and other property disputes;

Family law, in particular property settlements;

Employment law matters;

Intellectual property matters including Trade Mark applications and oppositions;

Bankruptcy and insolvency matters; and

Australian Consumer Law.
